There are many PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) Networks that participate in the AdvantageCare program, and these networks include over 90% of practicing physicians and hospitals in the U.S.
Please review the selection of networks below to see which are available in your state. Please note that some networks will only be available in certain regions of a state, you will have to search the individual provider network website to determine if they are available to your employees locally.
