GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES BIG COMPANY
HEALTHCARE
BENEFITS, BUT FOR LESS
Brunswick Dealer Advantage
is pleased to offer you an opportunity to participate in an employee healthcare benefit plan designed exclusively for PLATINUM
and GOLD Brunswick dealers, their employees and dependents.
Now
considered the second largest single employer expense for most American businesses, marine, fitness, and billiards dealers
are not alone in their efforts to reduce and control the cost of providing employee medical benefits.
Brunswick has taken the lead by providing a non-profit national healthcare
benefit plan to meet the unique needs of its dealers. Brunswick's group purchasing power has been
combined under the Brunswick Dealer Advantage Benefit Trust to create a lower cost benefit delivery system.
Both large and small Brunswick dealers are feeling the pinch. This problem is even more critical
for smaller firms that have to pay more for coverage when competing with larger companies to attract and keep their
employees. The delivery of benefits is no different --- the less you buy, the higher the cost per unit.
Small businesses in general have fewer benefit options available to them and each
option includes higher cost factors when compared to the options available to larger companies. The Brunswick
Dealer Advantage Benefit Trust was established to meet the unique cost and benefit requirements of Brunswick dealers across
the country. The Brunswick
Dealer Advantage Benefit Trust is a fully insured low cost employee benefit plan that
is specially designed for Brunswick dealers members, and it qualifies
as a fully insured employee benefit plan under federal ERISA standards.
The program is currently available in all
states except Hawaii, Nevada, Washington, and Texas. Brunswick legal counsel is working with state regulators to gain
future program approval in Nevada, Washington, and Texas.
